Since Arceus can't beat Zeed, he wants his salty runback with his lesser form. Turning into Zeed isn't allowed, as he needs to die in order to do that iirc. Speed equalized, I think. I don't know how fast that thing is.

According to Dragonmasterxyz, you can't defeat Moon unless you kill Millenniummo. So basically, it's impossible to defeat this dude without Information Manipulation.

Basically what Black said. Arceus would need to know about the original Millenniummon to kill said Moon=Milleniummon, by killing Milleniummon who also has Mid-Godly Regen and won't go down without a fight.

Also Moon turns into Zeed once his crystal breaks. But you negated that so good on you.
