For the record, mainstream sealed Zeed can affect an infinite number of universes while Arceus can only affect a finite number. Only Dawn and Dusk's Zeed is 2-C via scaling to the heroes in order for the fight to make sense.

I'm still rather opposed the idea of Resistance Negation when Arceus's only known showing of it is through a Pokemon Candy Crush/Puzzle and Dragons-style game that has next to no mechanics from the main series.

Shrugs I'm surprised that they included that anyways.

So just because arceus can negate the resistances of pokemon typing such as fire and ice, gives him the ability to ignore resistances to reality warping and conceptual manipilation?

Idk about Conceptual Manipulation (when Arceus first used it in the beginning wasnt he a normal type?) but Reality Warping shouldnt be that confusing. After all there are moves in pokemon that have reality warping features to them and they're classified as either Psychic or Dragon types.

Because that's stamping Pokemon-Typing on everything even when it's never a mechanic in that series.

I could just as easily say that Arceus qualifies as a Data-Type Digimon, which Zeed is Super-Effective against.

However there should be a limit, To say that he could bypass the resistance of characters that faced powerful beings that are around the same or greater level of hax as him when he has not shown that level of resistance negation sounds wrong.

Arceus Omnipotent ability doesn't only apply to Pokemon-typing.

Prove it doesn't. Since last I checked, Pokemon revolves around Pokemon-typing and or whether or not something is flying, on the ground, or in the sea.
