I remember battling Monsoon in Metal Gear, and I don't know if Luck can bypass his body control.

Monsoon can easily control his body to dodge instantly enemy attacks, also he can ignore dura and has magnetic telekinesis

Luck has stats amp, RPL, range and danmaku to deal with body control.

To eventually defeat Monsoon you need to destroy his head (only barely human part of his body). Once you hit him correctly, he can be turned into pieces, but by magnetism he's almost instantly going to turn back into one piece.

Raiden also had stat amps... Yeah, he still wasn't able to hit Monsoon at first because of body control.

I think Luck would be able to do that. He usually goes for the head in character

Raidens ripper mode at point blank range is much more difficult.

Raiden's slashes in Blade Mode could also be considered Danmaku due to sheer speed, it was still impossible to even scratch him

Also... when something is approaching him it feels like magnetic force is instantly reacting

Then luck boost his projectiles speed with Thundergod gloves

Amount your speed is literally what Ripper mode does, so that won't help.

He can't hit his body but can hit his head. Monsoon finishes him off before that though.
