luffy wins via precognition,being a genius in combat and have already seen fight people who has the same hax what Tony has

energy manipulation is useless againts someone who can defend with haki,if tony go invisible,luffy use his precognition,his forcefields (for what i can remember) are only frontal,luffy can go from behind and hit him

Luffy have already dodge beams from a pacifista,so if he saw one of the tony beams,he can dodge it via his previous experience

True, but most of those characters held back. Additionally, he has lost fights to beings weaker than Luffy; albeit it's generally PIS.

Luffy is a genius? I like Luffy, but please, let's be real here. He's adaptive yes, and can be a good thinker at times, but he's far below the likes of Tony regarding intellect. Tony is a lot more calculating and cunning than him.

Not only that, but Luffy's also less experienced. Tony has fought opponents not only more experienced than Luffy, but also more skilled and stronger than him.

He also has omni-directional attacks than can easily take care of Luffy's precog, as well as Sonic attacks which Luffy has no counters to. When he's hit by that, he'll be crawling on the ground from the immense pain allowing Tony to finish him off.

So yeah, Tony takes this.
