Mio can resist Miku Izayoi's mindhax which worked on an entire town. Ehito can bind the subconsciousness of other people to his will, although, I don't know how many people he has affected with it.

Depends on how quick she uses it, after mind hax fails Eitho will go for his space-jumping sword which ignores durability along with teleporting himself and his attacks right next to his opponents, only reason Hajime survived that is due to messing with Ehito's perception of his position.
If she tends to spam it then yea he gets law haxed.
