Minor Uatu 2-A scaling question

Asides from that "thousand realities" feat for Uatu that for some reason hasn't been added to the wiki's page for him yet, would Uatu scale to Ant-man's statement that he is a possible equal to Galactus?

I unfortunately couldn't find the issue where this was from.

It won't change his tier, but for scaling to other 2-A Marvel characters it could prove handy, since it could determine whether he is 2-A Skyfather level (which puts him equal to 2-A Odin and the 2-A Hell Lords like Mephisto and Hela but way below the Celestials and Full-fed Galactus) or 2-A Well-fed Galactus level.

Watcher, Galactus, stranger, etc are considered of similar level to heroes. In addition, he is also shown equal to the cosmic entities as well as celestials and can reside in the overspace, so yeah they are comparable. But I am against extra scaling for no reason tbh. His justification is more than fine as it is right now imo.
