Minor Touhou speed upgrades

Okay, so we know how Aya is FTL because she can move faster than her camera and is considered the fastest in Gensokyo, right? Since a lot of Touhou characters have fought with her on presumably equal terms (Most notably in SWR), I think they should possess FTL reactions, and most of the verse should scale as well.

Not really.

They all fight in the Spell Card rule. Which means they hold back. The very attack she used for her current FTL rating is way too fast for anyone to react in SWR.
