In this clip, Kai is able to tell that Crane's chi is strong and comparable to Mantis.
In this clip, Kai knows that Po's chi is strong, but not strong enough to defeat him, despite the only time they've met being through a telepathic link with his jade summons (jombies).
In this clip, Kai uses some sort of jade vision to get a close up of Po, which should qualify for Enhanced Senses.
Also, according to this calculation, Kai, Oogway and possibly Po's durability may be due a small upgrade. Note that, compared to when he fought Oogway (and when the feat happened), Kai had absorbed Oogway's chi and the chi of nearly all kung fu masters in China, so he should scale far above this feat. Po's durability may scale to full power Kai, as Kai had no real reason to fight back in their fight, but the main reason why Po scales to Kai currently is that the punch he took from Kai is the very same punch that gives Kai his current rating.
