[minor change] we should add cyborgization to android 17, 18 and 20

Hello everyone I was surprised to notice Android 17, Android 18 and Dr.Gero didn't have Cyborgization among their list of powers. It's a minor change but I think we should do that in order for profiles to be accurate. Do we consider it "normal" or "full" though?
Note: for the ones who do not know dragon ball, the english dub used "androids" for all of Dr.Gero's creation but technically android 17, 18 and Gero were humans before and are cyborgs, so the term "android" doesn't work for them.

Facts: it hsould have been there from the start! And If I make changes to these profiles, what level of cyborgization should it be? Normal or full?
