Uh, that's cool, do you happen to have a link so I can take a look and analyze this?
Lol, nop. I have the old versions of the books but the released a new version that is updated to the new versions.

The minecraft guide books are very interesting place to know what is considered intentional and what not

I have it!
This is still not the newest version trough
the current one looks like this

It would also be a speed upgrade for the verse, considering how Enderman can dodge this
I mean... there is a case to be made here

Arrows do more damage the faster they move

And the player current speed affects the arrow speed too

A player in the back of a boat that is currently in a street of blue ice couls shoot a arrow that would be the speed of the boat + of a normal arrow

And a enderman can dodge that

Boats on ice are a intended feature at this point so the enderman doging a arrow shoot on this conditions could be considered cannon I guess....

still salt about the skulk shreaker scalig speed is not considered valid

Can ranged weapons in mods ever hit an enderman?

I’m curious. Elytra with riptide can travel faster than sound (16:30), do we count that as a gameplay mechanic? I don’t see why we would since it’s two very basic and absolutely canon features doing the most basic of interactions with each other. Current we rate the elytra at the max fireworks speed only but I wonder if the player could get transonic flight speed in rain.

If you can verifiably prove it, absolutely
