Prime All Might is used (So that both fighters are "At least 7-B")

Speed equalized.

Mii Brawler is also used.

If we're scaling Mii Fighter to the weakest volcano eruptions on the site (afaik), then it's someone who's 24 megatons vs someone who's far above 22 megatons. In fact, since Mii Fighter is haxless, All Might takes the advantage in pretty much everything (skill, stamina, range) though not by enough of a margin for this to be a stomp.

EDIT: Mii Fighter has much better combat speed, which should mitigate the above advantages for All Might as there isn't much of a gap there. So he takes this.

I thought it said MHS without the +. Assuming we're using the Hypersonic+ speeds, All Might takes this.
