Boros. Once Guy goes far enough to actually hurt Boros, he's going to be putting far too much of a strain on himself to continue if Boros hits him once or twice.

Gai has no durability feat. One strike from Boros would end Gai if it connects. And given Boros' speed, he will.

Only reason Gai was able to hurt Madara because he received support and Madara was playing around for enjoyment. If Madara was serious he could've finished Gai with a juubidama

Boros can easily regenerate any attack from Guy even with the Gates, not to mention Boros can just punt Guy into the Moon like he did Saitama. And unlike Saitama, Guy won't survive in the vacuum of space, especially considering the Gates give his body extreme strain unlike Boros which just tires him out.

It's funny how people underestimate Guy so much.
Boros is only probably planet level with an attack that was calculated to be multi continent level while guy almost one shotted a small planet level madara.
Guy's durability is the same as his AP since he survived his hand hitting with such power (check newton's third law)

Using the anime statement, Boros wins pretty handily, otherwise Guy probably wins.

... 5-B Lord Boros is a non-canon anime only statement. In the webcomic Lord Boros simply says that he will erase Saitama off the face of the planet, and names his final attack "Planet Destroying Roar Cano".

It could have been a mistranslation from the whole "Wipe you off the planet" to "Wipe the surface of the planet" but still, I don't really care just pointing it out there, that the webcomic and anime both seem to be Planet Busting while the manga could have been a mis translation.
