Battle of the horror genre psychos who probably shouldn't be 9-C. But anyways, Michael Myers, the Shape who stalks his victims in Haddonfield, Illinois against Ryuuguu Rena, the original crazy anime girl from Hinamizawa, Japan.

Notes:Michael Myers has his kitchen knife and his bare hands (he doesn't even need a secondary weapon with his monstrous strength) and Ryuuguu Rena gets her nata (the giant cleaver with a hook on the blade) and her improvised firebomb. Win by killing the other icon of horror (In Michael's case, keeping him dead until next Halloween). In-character and the two fight in the Haddonfield neighborhood from the first movie. Michael Myers is his remake version and Ryuuguu Rena is her anime version. Speed equalized.

I give this to Michael. He is more durable and maybe stronger than Rena also the battle take place in Haddonfield which mean Michael can sneak attack Rena.

Looks to me like Micheal edges her out in every catagory, except for speed (which appears to be a tie) and gear/equipment (which Rena has the edge in).

So, unless this chick manages to get the jump on him, and chop him a neck a few times, Micheal takes this.
