Guys, it's not even about agreeing here, it's pretty much factual: Monsoon=<Ripper Mode Raiden<<Base Raiden; Sam=<Base Raiden. This along with Sam saying that Monsoon is his boss cements the fact that Sam is weaker than Monsoon
