I'm giving this to Kraid. He's invulnerable excluding the weakspots and his great size enable him to stomp Metal Bat. Also, considering Metal Bat is a melee fighter and doesn't have any durability negation attacks iirc, it's going to be very difficult for him to reach Kraid's weak spots.

Gotta give it to Kraid, his projectiles should give him a big advantage, since Bat's range attacks are only shockwaves, additionally, it would be pretty hard to hit Kraid's weakspots, making it so that Kraid's invunerability tank most of his hits.
