For a serious answer, Luffy just kinda one-shots and eats all of Meliodas' attacks either due to Resistances or Unga bunga, just cause two folks are in the same tier doesn't mean that Matching them together is a good idea, because it isn't.

After reading thread I'd like to vote for Meliodas. He has that black Amaterasu flame that can incinerate him upon touch, at least thousands of years of experience added on to that.
He's been fighting against gods and demons for thousands of years. He has 9 hearts and and he's a master at hand to hand. Also he's a master swordsman, he can easily cut luffy. And and and He's a Demon and luffy is not.

I mean, pretty sure Luffy can one-shot here, because his Ap is higher than meliodas durability.

On a serious note Meliodas can do very little against Luffy that his Haki can't resist or Luffy can't just push through, foresee seconds ahead of time, etc..
Meli fails the vibe check in seconds
