I agree with Bruce here, X simply has far more going for him. It's a bit difficult to see what abilities he has in his 5-B variant, and what he doesn't. But assuming he has at least some of the less hax abiltites like light manipulation and the like, he has far more versatility on top of his regen and intelligence. It also says he atomized Japan, which would bypass any kind of regen Ichigo would have, and would certainly bypass any attempts blut vein would have to save his life last minute.
