Composite Mega Man is being used. Mega Man has the Time Stopper and Time Slow, but not the Flash Stopper (Witch lets him attack while time is stopped) and he has no Ice weapons or black hole bombs. Victory by death. Speed equalized

Over 80 Weapons, you say?

Even with his Black Holes and Absolute Zero restricted this is still a massive hax stomp in Mega Man's favor
