It means that quicksilver was ret con to be fox quicksilver
I know the actual person there wasn’t him but Ralph was tricking everyone that he was quicksilver meaning the mcu and in verse has fox as quicksilver instead of that other dude so he was retcon

That’s not how retcons operate LMAO. It’s pretty clear that’s just not Quicksilver
A) There are no MCU Spider-Man games. There’s only two VR games based on the MCU that clearly have no canonical relevance to the MCU. That version already has its own profile and sorry to disappoint you, but nothing in it gets past 9-A
B) Profiles already exist for the Video Game Raimi and TASM versions of the characters. Both are alternate continuities and cannot be scaled to the Film Raimi or Film TASM versions
Also don’t forget the hyphen between “Spider” and “Man”
