Like I’ve said before off-site, the infinite power statement (not plural, since Aang’s statement to the group is just an echo of Tagah’s) directly comes from someone who has every incentive to lure Aang to the island to eventually betray him; there’s no evidence of that statement being truthful in other words

Like I’ve said before off-site, the infinite power statement (not plural, since Aang’s statement to the group is just an echo of Tagah’s) directly comes from someone who has every incentive to lure Aang to the island to eventually betray him; there’s no evidence of that statement being truthful in other words

But the Avatar that Aang connected to that told him about the staff in the first place said the same thing.

Also Tagah himself is literally confirming his statement the moment he transforms.

I personally think so, but others disagree. The staff channels all the energy of the spirit world, while the avatar state gives them access to all the cosmic energy of the universe. That's not to say the avatar is locked in 24/7 of course, like we see with Korra's losses and Aang losing to Tagah after the latter got the staff.

And speaking of Tagah, him and Sonam definitely need profiles now, though I've never made a profile before. The gaang also need movie keys.

Considering the massive feat Katara had, yeah they do.

And we also need to stop portraying Avatar verse durability as far lower than their AP.

Just the scene of Zuko and Azula casually shrugging off their Fire Bending explosion clash on the airship disproves this.

Isn't there a supposed universal statement in it. Like something about the evil Avatar ghost from Korra threatening the timeline or something.

At least that; possibly more depending on how you interpret Zaheer's line here. He says it will "soon" engulf the world, but the player has been exploring regions that have been engulfed by the rift during the entire story mode. And all of them come from different timelines.

Correct but not totally correct. All the avatar state powers come from Raava so aang and the previous avatars have similar strengths. Aang doesn't gain additional strength. The only thing he would gain more is knowledge. Which really doesn't prove much helpful to some avatars.

Besides that aang is glass canon when compared to kyoshi.
