I tried to get their size by comparing them to Hulk and they're only like tens of meters large, maybe there's a better way to calc their size?

The joke version still made it clear he harmed him. Even in a later at the Contest of Champions, Attuma struck Peter. In the same arc he fought the Wendigo King

I never claimed Peter harmed Chulk. Dani's power comes from Chi, yes, but its something Peter scales to

Well let's see... an electron is equivalent to 0.511 MeV or 8.187126003e-14 joules. The density of free electrons is 8.5×10e28 electrons per cubic meter. Based on some quick math and some guesstimates, it'd yield Multi-Continent level.
