Just curious but since we already know doc ock, green goblin and electro are going to be in nwh, who else do you think are gonna make up the rest of the sinister six ?
The trailer seemed to point towards Sandman and the Lizard being in the movie. I have also heard rumors circulating that
Rhino
will be in the movie as well, though there's nothing in the trailer to support that.

In this podcast that came out today, around 6 minutes in, Clark Gregg (actor of Agent Coulson) seems to be essentially stating that Agents of SHIELD has not been decanonized, or that at the very least that Kevin Feige is aware of the show's fanbase and doesn't intend to contradict it in future MCU installments. It may not necessarily mean too much, but it seems worth noting, and lines up with my belief that we might need a "wait and see" approach before we can truly determine the canon status of the pre-Disney+ shows.

I'm pretty sure the contradiction with WandaVision that Gregg mentions is the Darkhold appearing very differently from how it appeared in Agents of SHIELD. For what it's worth, WandaVision director Matt Shakman stated that despite the fact that the Darkhold in the series was designed without looking at the Agents of SHIELD design for reference, he "would imagine it's the same book". Only time will tell if the further information that he states future projects will establish about the Darkhold will line up with or contradict what Agents of SHIELD established though. From what I gather, Agents of SHIELD apparently established that the Darkhold can change its appearance to some extent, which could explain it having a different design in WandaVision, though I never watched enough of Agents of SHIELD to verify that.

Seems like he's the new Kaecilius. Wich was expected of course.

I wonder, given that the series is animated, they have more freedom to make more spectacular and destructive feats so if this Strange has particulary stronger feats than his main counterpart, it might give an upgrade to other characters.
