Now two options:

• Option 1, the Celestial in question is Arishem
• Option 2, it's not and it's possible he might be even bigger

A being that big would be Tier 6 upper levels by just walking

It's still spectacular to think about in a live-action movie, we never saw that in the MCU. I hope they will actually be bigger than that but that's already more than impressive

Why alot were complaining that vultron used the stones outside of The universe but everyone was Okay when strange used the time stone in the dark dimension?

Probably because Strange's using the TS was pretty clever and served as a mean to show how intlligent he really is since he basically defeated Dormmamu despite being ridiculously outmatched ismply by using his brain instead of raw power whereas Ultron didn't fully use the Stones's potential and was beaten in a kind of ridiculous way
