Ultron's New Feats + Old Ones
Energy Absorption: With the Stones, he can absorb any energy-based attacks, absorbing Thor's lightning without any discomfort as well as Scarlet Witch's psionic energy/magic energy blast with ease.
Spatial Pressure Generation: Ultron is able to use the Space Stone to warp the fabric of space to generate powerful spatial pressure around his surroundings, capable of crushing or pulling with tremendous force in a manner akin to telekinesis which enable him to manipulate and move objects. He was able to effortlessly crush and pull the Watcher towards him during their fight.
Illusion Manipulation: Ultron created a giant mirror image of himself to communicate with the Guardians of the Multiverse when he discovered them.
Time Manipulation: He was easily able to freeze time in his fight against the Guardians of Multiverse, stopping the heroes from attacking him.

I think it's more illusion manipulation via holographic projection or something.

Seems he just basically projected his counsciousness to directly communicate with the heroes from a distance (likely from the nexus)

The Soul Stone doesn't grant a soul it's supposed to control souls, but so far all it's done is find the souls of the user's enemies

One of my greatest regrets in the MCU. Could be the most OP of all of the Stones and by far one of the most interesting (I even remember a rmuor about Ragnarok theorizing that the reason why Hela was so dangerous was because she had the Soul Stone, wich would have explained why she could control the dead) but outside of detecting souls and the soul world, it did nothing, wish we saw more of it

Have been rewatching the last What if episode and I thought about the showrunners saying Ultron uses the Stones to empower himself and his weapons. If you think about it, that makes him a bit weaker in another universe because the Stones don't belong to that universe so he can't directly affect reality itself. Also, he still needs to focuse the power of the Stones to use it so the Guardians smacking him again and makes a bit more sense
