5-A to 5-B+ Correction
Currently some Egyptian Gods and L&T Characters are 5-A via upscaling of this 5-B+ feat from Khonshu at 2.487911329 yottatons. The issue is that the baseline of 5-A was increased from 2.7 yottatons to 3.8 yottatons a while ago, making it a difference of ×1.5273856249 from Khonshu's feat to baseline 5-A, which is too much of a upscale (usually at most ×1.3). Therefore the characters and items that currently are 5-A should be updated to "At least 5-B+"

Hela Downgrade
Depowered Hela is currently "Likely 5-B with Accelerated Development" via stabbing and drawing blood from Eternal Flame Surtur, the issue is that it shouldn't scale to her physical stats since she performed the feat with her mountain-sized spikes while attacking with all her might according to the script:
From beneath the water, Hela EXPLODES back onto the scene, riding a huge spiked manifestation of her powers. She's going for Surtur. ATTACKING with all her might.
So her AP should be changed to something like "At least High 6-B, up to 5-C with Accelerated Development, up to likely 5-B with weaponry"

Quantum Bands Downgrade
The Quantum Bands have 2-A Environmental Destruction due to the following:
The issue is that there isn't any proof that an incursion can destroy the entire multiversal timeline rather than just the two universes colliding, so the feat would only be Low 2-C to 2-C since it can destroy one or both universes
  • Extra: the High 6-A tier of Thor with the Bifrost should be removed since now that both he and Stormbreaker are 5-C it's unnecessary, plus he never used it in combat

It may be wrong for me to discuss the Khonshu incident here, but looking at the Khonshu CRT, there is no CLEAR evidence that Khonshu physically pushed that Moon? So he just teleports in that direction, but there is no evidence that he does physically. I also looked at the Khonshu 5-B+ 5-A CRT but I couldn't see any evidence and they didn't discuss it much.

Everything looks good but how would the 5-B+ correction affect L&T characters since they upscale from the likes of Ammit?

For Khonshu it's actually a strong suggestion that he does it physically. The scene shows him saying "I have an idea", disappearing and seconds after that the moon starts moving and he's nowhere to be found. The conclusion for this chain of events (God of the Moon says he has an idea -> disappears by teleporting -> moon starts moving only seconds after he teleports) suggests the feat is physical.

They will all be at least 5-B+, the difference is now too big for any of them to upscale to 5-A

Unless I'm not remembering things correctly, none of the Ennead physically manifest in the MCU. What Konshu is MORE LIKELY to have done is possess the moon. Regardless, the nature of the feat is so dubious that it's hard to call it anything other than having, unless specified somewhere.

Khonshu seems to function differently at least since he can manifest as himself whereas the others do the same via vessel. Also, Ammit is entirely physical by the final episode and Khonshu physically fights her so he can physically manifest unlike the other gods.

The question is, of course, what to do with the tier

Can someone explain why celestials can't be used to upgrade these characters to even a possible rating?

Celestials was refferd multiple times as gods in mcu.

Celestials were present at the city of gods which was only know to the gods.

Sersi refferd them as a "God".

The director of eternals also said it.

Ego who is also a celestial reffered himself as a god with a small g.

In Thor Ragnarok Hela said that they were once the absolute power in the cosmos hinting that both Hela and Odin in their peak was relativ or superior to even the celestials.

I've seen you in many mcu revisions and you seem to think everything is so simple.
