Well, current Doctor Octopus has a copy of Spider-Man's body, so he should scale.
 
I have no idea what Speed Rating I'd give them. Everlasting is a pretty big Spider-Man fan, though.

And I think you can edit the Spider-Man characters.
 
Lizard and Hobgoblin are also supposed to be comparable physically. They just don't have battle precognition.
 
Finished the Spidey-related dudes, except those Matthew listed above, since there seemed to be some debate about whether they scale or not.

Most of the scans I found were just characters underestimating him and thinking he's slow due to his size. So idk.

Maybe MHS+ attack speed with his tail? It seems quick.
 
Well, I think that the Lizard and Goblin serum-enchanced Hobgoblin should scale, as should the current Doctor Octopus.
 
I think Doctor Octopus can scale to Daredevil or Punisher even if not Spidey. Sandman can also scale in terms of attack speed.

Spidey outright said Lizard's as fast as him.
 
Agreed about Sandman and Lizard. Classic Doctor Octopus is complicated, since physically he was an out of shape somewhat elderly man, but his mechanical arms should probably be comparable to Spider-Man.
 
I think unknown for himself, and scaling the arms to Spider-Man should be fine.
 
Well, from what I recall Spider-Man seemed to exert himself to avoid Sandman's attacks on various occasions, so I am not sure if he is really extremely slower, or simply does not have as high agility and no battle precognition.
 
I think Lizard can scale but super unsure about the others. They're not supposed to be nearly that fast.
 
Okay. Should they get unknown speeds then?
 
Regarding Sandman: I personally think so, but I do not know.
 
Spider-Man dodges much faster things all the time I kinda doubt every single Spider-Man villain is MHS+ scaling from Electro when controling electrictiy is kind of Electro's thing only.
 
Well, let's place Sandman at unknown speed for the time being then, although he has alsp fought evenly with the Thing as a member of the Frightful Four in the past, so he is kind of hard to properly evaluate the power level for.
 
Anyway, have you finished with the Spider-Man characters? If so, we should probably move onwards with the other revisions.
 
I finished with Spider-Man.

I think Ghost Rider would be a good way to continue. He only scales to a few IIRC and it should be easy to handle.
 
I am not sure. He mostly tends to fight other demons.
