Well, he should be comparable or superior to Cat who fought toe to toe with Iron Fist (Cat also knocked out Iron Fist but that was because Danny was distracted)

Looking at this list, I'm not sold on:

MHS+ Hawkeye

Random people scaling to Hawkeye

Kingpin scaling to MHS+ stuff

Everyone else I think is fine.

I think we should at least do some of the characters first. Editing all Spider-Man related characters would be a good way to start.

I think so, yes. They should scale to Spider-Man's many Electro-dodging feats which can be linked as calcs.

However, I wouldn't scale Sandman, Rhino, Doctor Octopus, Lizard, Vulture, Hobgoblin or Shocker to it. They are all much slower than Spider-Man.
