Has nobody thought to do this before!? I mean I've Seen Cuphead vs Mugman and Sans vs Papyrus so why not this?

3-C versions used.

Cappy is restricted.

speed equalised(although both are MFTL+).

Both bloodlusted.

I was just about to say that Mario would just throw Cappy at Luigi twice in order to possess him! (If the opponent has a hat when you throw Cappy at them the hat just falls off, idk if that's just game mechanics.

Hold on, never mind, if L has his Poltergust 3000, he could just suck up Cappy, although not sure if Poltergust could suck him up as he was never officially conformed to be a ghost.
