I agree, it will override mario, but not his items, which are separate things from him, so unless the law in general covers that, mario's items will still work, in fact most of them are part of his arsenal, even as they said mario simply summons zeekeper and let him take care of kirito since technically he is not attacking.

Not really. Kirito is pretty haxed and also has Quinella's abilities likely upgraded to another level.
