Who wins, and why?

Oh well, sorry I don't see it, my bet is still in Asura, though it says 5-A, he still have the chance to get stronger and stronger even in his mantra form and his unlimited stamina and rage as well, I just think that he will break through Jin mori's attacks even though he gets hit by it, he will just rise and gets more stronger .3.

Jin, in my opinion. Far too hax. Physically speaking, Jin isn't a slouch. The force of his punches repelled clouds and could be seen from space. If anything, Jin could literally seal Asura within his gourd with a single command. He just has far too many abilities for Asura to handle. He could simply create hundreds of clones to distract Asura, long enough for him to seal him or just destroy him with endless lightning bolts.

Good points

hmm... pretty hard considering how asura one up'd chackravartin, also, mori jin cannot use the gourd properly on divine or too powerful an enemy, if asura is only in his mantra form tho, it's not much of a fight, if he hasn't the full extent of his power that is, though if we would put both at their present peak, asura is curbstomped, why? episode 291 just came out, that's why.

Yeah true, isn't Jin practically 4-C now? In his fight against Satan he basically put out the sun or something. I'm still not sure exactly what happened though, it just says the universe seemed to turn off after Jin harnesses the power of the sun

Yeah, the shockwave from his attacks blew the fire off the sun for a 100 picosecond, hence the universe went dark.

For me;

Asura is strong but Jin Mo Ri takes it because he is casually faster than Asura's Mantra form. Not to forget his martial arts and his ability to quickly adapt to an opponent fighting style after either seeing or experiencing it; even taking the fighting style and use it himself; find the errors in the opponents fighting style and create ways to exploit those flaws. Adding the clones which are just as strong as the original as long as they are near Jin Mo-Ri.
