Both are probably able to resist each other's mind hax, given that even while Mami is super weakened her own witch form (Which is orders of magnitude above almost every other witch) has troubles bypassing it.

While 001 is a robot thing i think?

Base Mami can't kill something with 5-B dura nor incapacitate something that absorbs her ribbons on contact tho
