This goes by SBA rules, right? With the number of people around, and understanding her low strength, Yunael's natural action is to shapeshift into a bystander (without Tanya seeing her, ofc) until she finds the perfect moment to strike. However, Tanya is smart and pretty ruthless; Yunael's trick may not be enough...

That is indeed very fair. But then again, against enemy soldiers, she won't hesitate, but would she do so on random civilians, tho?

Tanya have this: "Extrasensory Perception (Can sense magic and might recognize its wavelength to conclude what it does. Useful for Aimdodgin" Also Yunael`s shapeshift is magic so it will make easier to find her.

Neither is aware of the other's powers, though. So when Tanya sees Yunael get away, turns a corner and doesn't see her anymore, she has as many chances of believing Yunael took another turn as her trying to hide. Yunael could turn into a bird or another animal as well for that matter.

Ah, but then again, Tanya's magic perception could tell her the person/animal Yunael turned into emits magic energy...

Yeah, i see Tanya just going human resources on Yunaels ass and bomb the entire area. She low diffs.

Yuna will have better options to survive if she hides in his human form, but that won`t happen because she doesn`t know that Tanya can feel her magic

Even if Yunael stat amps herself with the pills, she has no ranged options. Tanya has massive range advantage, is more destructive, has AoE, and her personality is far more savage than Yunael's.

If Yunael transformed back into her human form, it's true Tanya wouldn't be able to locate her or even recognize her. However, Yunael is very unlikely to untransform, because if she does, she'll be just a normal human with no power, so she wouldn't be able to do anything against Tanya. Thus, Yunael would turn into another human or animal; that way, she'd keep her super-strength. But doing so will give her presence away to Tanya, and since Yunael doesn't know Tanya can sense magic, she has no reason not to use her magic that way.

The only way I could see Yunael winning is by untransforming, eating an energy pill while being a human, and then transforming at the last moment when Tanya turns impatient and starts bombing the place, so she can charge at Tanya with all her might and catch her by surprise...

However, it's very unlikely to happen
