How her Conceptual Manipulation works? IIRC she only destroys every witches in every universes by OHKO bows which destroys the concept of "witch" due extinction. It only appears physically and not conceptual.

Do Madoka Goddess ca Reality Warp or only Manifested due to her wishes? i'm curious she can't have Wish Granting though being a goddess (she may manipulate someone to do her wish to make a wish infinite LOL)

Power Granting, it's a wish (she didn't make a wish for more wish)? or it only power ups someone?

Destroying the concept is the easiest way, destroying the multiverse is another one (Although this destroys the Law of Cycles but not Madoka herself). It's a very unexplored thing even in the series though
