Ah, I didn't know that ... it's a big inconvenience ... it's difficult to find a character in the same tiers (example Madara) that is not a complete stomp because of a single ability

It's not necessarily a stomp since Madara doesn't lead with genjutsu. He just uses it sporadically mid-combat, or whenever the need arises.

He doesn't, the difference isn't 7.5x or greater.
Madara scales to 2.3 GT I believe (higher with Susano'o), and Doffy's High 7-A is like 1.6 GT I think.
