Iron man lowkey counters some of madaras abilties. Since he's in a mech suit I'm not sure how well the sharingans precog would work here and he's behind an iron mask so genjutsu MAY not work (although if iron man looks into his eyes its possible)

Other them that, madara definitely has the range and aoe advantage. More tricks such as substitution and clones, can outspam iron man as well

Tony is smart. If he has prior knowledge of Madara’s abilities he’ll know how dangerous they are and he has flight to avoid them, but not sure what he can do to get past chakra megazord
