Well, in the context of a Vs Match, a Mismatch is when one character has powers or abilities that another character has no answer to or defense against which gives the original character a astronomical advantage. So for instance we take this match. Due to TSB, Nappa can't fight Madara in h2h. So Nappa has to fight a long range battle. But due t the TSB and Preta Path Nappa's long range attacks become usless. Then if you add in other factors like Limbo clones or genjutsu, which Nappa doesn't have a defense against or resistence to, it becomes an Unfair match up because Madara has abilities that shift the scales in his favors and Nappa being a Physical fighter with energy blast can't compete against.
