So lets say the Naruto World somehow exists in the same universe and Freeza sends Raditz and Nappa to it to conquer it. So this fight takes place on the Naruto World. Both sides are in character. Edit: speed is equalized.

Freeza upon discovering the Naruto World be like: "It's free real estate"

I don't think they can deal with Naruto and Sasuke hax, and they can One-shot Raditz, and One-Shot Nappa after transforming.

I only can see they winning If they decide to blow up the planet, but the scenario the OP put, make this Impossible.
