There is one pretense that could be cause for Touma one-shotting and that Machina's entire body is his holy relic.
But that's nulled as Machina is basically a walking Rensa and his movements are too stiff and controlled for any wasted invulontary movements. He's also CQC heavy and combat experienced.

No Machina's Type 8 is irrelevant since it takes time for him to be resummoned back and it'd be decided by Reinhard/Mercurius whether he would or not, so it'd still count as a kill/victory.
