I know Reiatsu Crush is passive but Almighty isn't. Yhwach mentioned in the manga that he has see a technique for him to power null it.

Almighty is passive though. It is always active unless he's sleeping and it is with Yhwach at least. Seeing merely refers to seeing the future, which we only saw not happening when his perception is kicked in the balls by Aizen.

So yes, it gets nulled.
