(Luigi) Possible dream manipulation and portal creation

Well, as we can see in Dream Team, Luigi can create portals to dreams when sleeping in the Pi´illo kingdom.

Even if he can´t access it at any place, it should be worth mentioning in the powers and abilities section, I mean we have this thing at tier 2 for a very specific circumstance.

No, I´m not requesting an upgrade, but just a mention of the dream manipultion and portal creation to Luigi.

IIRC, Dreamy Luigi was considered a separate character from Mario, so I'm unsure if they apply to Luigi. However, I noticed that Luigi should have Time Manipulation among other things, because many of the stuff on Mario's profile were stuff Luigi also had access to in the same games. For example, Battle Cards and Stop Watcher, Luigi also had access to those.
