Idk what Goken is but Red Hawk shouldn't be too problematic given her fire resistance.

Goken is projecting Haki into the body and making it to explode things from the insides. Red Hawk's DN is good against people who doesn't have resistance or is outright weak to fire, so I wasn't counting that.

Well, like I said before, Luffy can very well rekt Latias with Goken if it connects on a vital spot. Invisibility gets countered by Haki, and might be the same case with Illusion Creation.
