Is this fair? Nuckelavee is harmed by Baseline High 8-Cs. Zoro can apparently stomp Buchi, who is 6 tons, while Luffy can beat Kuro, who is stronger than Buchi.

If not, then Luffy wins via higher AP/Dura, skill, range, stamina, and everything.

Buggy is 6.3 tons and Luffy nutcracked him without instantly winning.

So Luffy is superior to 6.3 tons but doesn't stomp.

It was already agreed that luffy stomps rwby high 8-Cs, that's why his matches against ruby and yang as well as Yang's fight against Zoro were removed

Yeah, with the argument that Luffy stomps 6 tons characters which isn't true. He's superior but doesn't stomp nor one-shot them.

If that'd the case Luffy should be High 8-C likely higher or just High 8-C+ but in the revisions it was agreed that the Top Tiers from East Blue Saga doesn't stomp 6 tons characters. They're just superior to them.

And correct me if I'm wrong but the RWBY characters enhances their stats with Semblance right? Or is that just Yang's thing?

Thats just a yang thing and if the opponent is strong enough they can oneshot before she gets a chance to amp herself

IIRC the one-shot minimum is 5x and between 2 tons and 6 tons it's just 3x. Luffy's stronger than that.

TBH only Yang vs Luffy is nearly stomp because the only thing she does is punching which is nearly useless against Luffy. Ruby and the other girls has a good chance against him. i.e. Ruby uses a piercing weapon.
