(LR2M3) 8-B Shooters Tournament: Megatron (Transformers DS) VS Izetta

Previously, we have had 16 shooters sign up and fight for their lives, and 8 unfortunately fell. However, by the authorities of this killing game, they have given these 8 fallen characters a second chance, and any losses after their second chance means they are dead for good. Alas, 4 of the losers weren’t lucky, and were subsequently vanished for good, while the ones who had lost the second winner’s round have dropped to fight the surviving first loser’s round contestants in the fight for their lives.

We begin the second loser’s round as the leader of the Decepticons and slayer of the Monstrous Humanoid who fell victim to the Archer Monkey, Megatron (nominated by @XSOULOFCINDERX), fights the White Witch and slayer of the Guardian Angel who fell victim to the clone of Big Boss, Izetta (nominated by @GoldenScorpions)!

Base Megatron and Izetta with half of the magic stone are used. Rules stated in the tournament hub.

What's her starting move because Megatron Unironically One-Shots her really badly. His Subordinate Blackout got One-Shot by Starscream, who's weaker than Megatron, and Blackout can literally stomp groups of 38.72 Ton Drones.
 
From what I'm seeing on the profile, Megatron scales from Optimus, who upscales from Ironhide, who has feats varying from 23.5 to 75.5 tons
Izetta scales to 19.3 tons.
So Megatron is between x1.21 and x3.91 stronger, likely higher.
Megatron also has x1.67 more LS than Izetta.

In Izetta's previous match, Izetta's large arsenal of weapons was able to damage and overwhelm Whisper despite the AP gap, and Izetta's ability to multi-task her telekinesis as she wants were able to snatch her the victory.

Here, however, this will be far harder. Many of Izetta weapons (namely her amped swords/spears) won't affect Megatron due to his body. And Megatron's cannon is attached to his body, so it cannot be TK'ed away.
That leaves Izetta with beams and crystals, with their large AoE. The AP gap here is lower than Izetta-Whisper, so damage can absolutely be done, and Izetta is an expert in dogfights, so aerial combat won't be an issue for her.

You missed the part where I just explained that Megatron already beat the shit out of someone who One-Shot someone that can stomp groups of enemies that are twice her AP.

Rather accurate. Izetta's Matter manip has to do with converting magic particles from around her (or from her stone) into the semi-physical crystals she uses. It works on her 8-B crystals as well, but yeah, that's the extent of it
