Her time manipulation just gives her a speed boost and gravity can be used to make gyltfs that can lock people in place or make her stick to the ground no matter what

It's a case by case, from what I've seen in other threads I have participated, for example a character with no defined speed amp blitz subsonic character won't be able to blitz a character who originally have MHS speed for example, but they will still have the speed advantage.

Again, this is something that I got from other threads.
