Quick Plot: Events went extremely different then needed. While Eula put a good fight against Felicia unexpected circumstances made her suddenly disappear. For Felicica it was good moment to escape Tanetane island, by time visiting Nowhere Island where many battles occurred, she went into mysterious factory. Kazuma was also near the factory at first he fought army of Claymans, which were defeated quite easily, Felicia after she came tried to hit last Clayman but missed and damaged Kazuma. He actively reacted and also started to fight with her.

So how high does Felicia scale to? Blade scale to his own Royal Straight Flush which is 2.9 Megaton and can amp himself further with a lot of things including speed and stuff.

The only thing that kept this from being an EZ win for Blade is the fact that Doppel Witch is a thing that he doesn't have any answer again. Can she summoned/used it? If so then how often does she do?

Apparently she's baseline in AP so Blade should have AP advantage.

Okay, so he just stat amps everything + Reactive Power Level into Royal Straight Flush which would bypass her type 2 immortality and cause her to vaporised from inside out, and RSF have a pretty large aoe so her Soul Gem is not gonna survive that.

Right now felicia scales to unquantifiably above baseline, can amp herself with memoria, has passive chance of paralysis and power null on hit, can negate his regeneration, do damage over time and make it harder for him to hit her

For doppel something i somehow forgot is that it won’t factor into the match, they can only be summoned inside kamihama city

So she can amp her overall AP? Good. But with speed equal Blade would be a step ahead since he can constantly amp himself with Mach cheetah. His stat amps also have various source as well. He have his Rage Amp, cards, and Reactive Power Level. All of this give him a noticable enough boost to overpowered someone that used to overpowered him.

All of the status effect is scary but not sure how reliable that will be when she need to hit someone that would be outspeeding her throughout the fight.

And his explosion can be cause from finisher other than RSF too. A Rider Punch or Kick would do the same funni explosion trick. If she won't stay down then he have a blank card for sealing her.

If push absolutely came to shove he can use his time stop as a defensive tool.

Time stop is restricted for this fight iirc.

Although, Kenzaki does have a solid advantage when it comes to stats. He’s already stronger, his RPL can counter all of Felicia’s stat amps, can increase his speed, strength and defense and even has a +1 million volt electricity attacks. Also worth noting that all of Kenzaki’s abilities within this form is activated through thought, so he could very easily react off of anything Felicia has.

Assuming felicia is 1 megaton she is 2 to 2.1 with passive memoria, 3.4 to 3.25 with thought based
Though this is just her attack potency, i’d have to do a completely different set her calcs for her durability, her lowering blade’s ap and dura, and how much reduced damage she takes

She also has 30% chance of paralysis and 55% chance of power null on hit, thought based damage over time and regeneration negation, and if she uses her big hammer she drops blades durability by 50% and has a different 45% chance of paralysis

Alright so, Kenzaki should still have the AP advantage with things like his cards, rage amps, and RPL. His card actually with be a massive help in this fight. It allows him to knock around foes who are stronger than him, blitz people who are comparable, and his Metal Trilobite ability outrights reflects attacks from those who are comparable. These also the fact that Kenzaki's explosion manip would be an instant win, cause like Kuuga, it explodes from the inside out.

For the chance thing, I don't know how big of a factor that'd be. Kenzaki should be able to resist paralysis at least somewhat for him tanking lightning. At it's low activation chance would mean that more times than not, it wouldn't do anything. As for her hammer, Kenzaki could counter with Metal Trilobite, Mach Jaguar or end the fight quickly with his explosions.

He’s stronger but can his attack reflection deal with her shockwaves? and speed is equal but since his profile is slower than her he’s not allowed to use amps to blitz (sounds stupid but it’s an actual rule)

All puella magi resist paralysis but still get affected by stun and bind, and dazzle/bewitch will make it harder for him to hit her

It won't be blitzing sure. But it boost his speed plenty enough that it will be harder for her actually land a good hit on him.

Might be, but unlike her his natural AP is much higher when doesn't count Amps from multiples sources/RPL/Rage power etc. And a good AoE hit from his RSF will just end her since he can swipe that around in a decently large AoE and a clean hit from that and she'll explide. He also have massively enhanced hearing to track her down as well.

His entire body become steel, not sure how her vibration would change that.

His RPL works increasingly faster and starts the moment the fights begins. In the show, Blade could getting doubled his power really quickly with that. (It gets increased even faster if his opponent is more powerful and skilled than himself) His blade also emits radiation so if she doesn't resist, one slash + explosion manip is potentially life threaten.

It is life threatening since he also bypass her immortality.

Edit: Overall, I'll vote for Blade due to overall higher AP, speed/dura/ap amp, reactive power level, attack reflection and enhanced senses to detect her without sight.

Trilobite could handle that, it increases his durability and the reflection is just a byproduct of the increased durability.

I still think that since everything except the Power Null is under 50%, it shouldn’t be a problem. Her hammer would be hard to land because of Mach Jaguar.
