Rotten Sewage has a significant size advantage and a definite range advantage. But Elder Centipede is able to burrow into him, granted he risks getting crushed considering the LS difference. I'm not sure if Rotten's projectiles can crack Elder's shell, but he does have attacks that can envelop his entire body much moreso than Genos could. I'm leaning for Rotten initially.

Idk what else to say other than the fact Elder Centipede seems to have reactive evolution, which could help him overcome any advantages Rotten might have over it, but idk all the details about all dat

It occurs when he molts his shell, which would only really happen if rotten hits him with a massive danmaku or his wave/monolith beam attack. It could also happen via crushing, but elder would be killed by that, seeing as the LS difference is crazy and rotten is just way bigger. I think elder most likely would go to burrow him, but not sure since the actual OPM has never had a giant fight a giant

If rotten does his tsunami, which would occur before the big beam, it could also lead to death by crushing, so I see a lot more openings for rotten to win

For elder, if he gets deep enough without being crushed and thrashes around enough that could be a wincon too, but doesn’t seem as likely as the others
