I mean there's still the problem of Yi probably dodge-goding the attacks of your gal more than 95% of the time lol
 
Perhaps. For now I'll just assume it's like an in-game ability thing that he can only briefly do once every ~10 seconds or so, like Shion initially argued.

No like... in terms of skill. Lord Recluse only passes because he tends to dick around too much. From what I understand Yi isn't about to let himself get tagged more than once.

idk, I think "skillstomps because he can cross into other realms through skill" is kinda fake when there's other disadvantages.

But if we're doing a skill-measuring contest, Kokken Sabi, on top of the skill feats directly listed on her profile, fought Nanami Yasuri for half a year. Nanami's innate genius rejected the billion different fatal illnesses she had, refusing to die. She's never used stances since they slow her down, and she can easily predict upcoming moves from them. After her fight with Kokken, Nanami would get a bunch more nutty feats; spontaneously developing Power Mimicry that works on some physiology-dependent abilities and supernatural stuff like being able to see ghosts, along with a lot more practical stuff I'll leave out due to low-relevance.
How much faster does Yi get when he uses highlander?
According to the LoL wiki, 45% faster attack speed, and 55% faster move speed, for 7 seconds.

Curious if that value was changed in game since we dont have any other way to scale it would we just use that new value for the skill?

Probably. Other outcome would be to just, regardless, treat it as "a bit faster but nowhere near overwhelming" no matter what the in-game value is.
