Here, flying enemies can tank this, which would be this level and speed, there is also the TNT which has a vaporization feat, the thing with that is that it only counted 1 person, and not the entire town as the explosion vaporized everyone save one guy and there are enemy's that can tank this TNT, there also should be magic manipulation for Jack as his attacks are magic.

He left it completely vague on which fan-game is canon. It's just a generic response game devs make when people constantly ask them about their thoughts on a great fan-game and if they'd be canon.

Besides that, magical lightning isn't comparable to actual lightning unless the verse's lore states so.

There's more context to that.

Basically, fulfill two conditions.

1. Be in mid-air

2. Distance between person getting hit and lightning source should be within melee range to stop the energy getting dissipated as waste heat.

3. (Optional) Have bloodied and bruised skin when taking the lightning bolt.

Only way you can scale to a non-UES lightning bolt is if you follow the above conditions. Forgot to mention that.

Though magically-summoned lightning bolts from magical clouds and uh... lightning bolts from hands, transforming into lightning itself... nah, they follow the same schtick.

And again, we aren't going to take random fan-games into consideration just because the creator randomly said "yea every thing made by the fans is canon lol" because that'll devolve into a shitfest real quick. Pointless isn't even finished yet, so we can't even take its feats into consideration either.
