Our light/laser standard page says that something is not lightspeed if:

They do not travel in straight lines (unless you can prove refraction/reflection, see above.)

However, light can bend by itself. So this part should be edited

no, it's up to them to prove that the light bending was because of that, not ours to prove. they are the ones arguing that it's actual light/laser traveling at light speed. not us
