Discord's EE is him warping objects out of reality.

He definitely can't do it to Bill's 2-D self.

Why did anyone think that a 4-C could beat a High 3-A when they both have similar hax?

Also, a serious problem with these Bill vs Discord debates is just their general demeanor and how they go about using their powers, Discord uses his powers to be fun, silly, and chaotic, while Bill uses his powers to be creepy, demented, and weird. Just in general the way Bill uses his powers makes them more combat-oriented than Discord, who has technically never actually fought anyone in the series, he always just messes with them for awhile and then gets turned to stone.

Basically even if they were equal in terms of power, Bill would still stomp just due to their differing personalities and motivations.

Discord was bloodlusted so he wouldn't be using them just to be silly.

I mean, I guess the very nature of reality warping is that you can do anything but still.
 
Well there are a few ridiculous 4-Cs that could do the job like the WoD ones and possibly Oryx's daughters, but yeah people seem to forget that 3D or not, Bill still has an impressive array of abilities.

It's because it's now an official rule on the wiki that Bill has to be put up against the haxxiest characters that Bill is weaker than so he always loses, Bill is the weakest haxxiest character ever.

Can we actually just like, make that an inside joke on the wiki that Bill must always lose? Like we just straight up remove his Notable Victories section so even if he wins a match, it can't be added?
 
Seriously tho, someone find a High 3-A who isn't a haxlord and put them against Bill to give him a win. I would say 2-A, but 2-A Bill would probably lose anyway even if the enemy doesn't have that much hax, with that durability.
 
In all seriousness though, I'm pretty sure Bill might be weaker than Discord, as Discord has more consistent 4-C feats than Bill has consistent 2-A feats, like I'm pretty sure I saw someone claiming Bill's feats at most would place hm at Tier 7 for consistency's sake.
